Landmark artwork is inspired by the Black Brant a threatened bird species that migrates through this region. Intricately perforated stainless steel sculpture depicts birds in flight; lit from within, the sculpture is a dramatic beacon at night. Sculpture is a wayfinding element, centrally located in a prominent plaza.
