Etched Dichroic Glass & Cast Glass with Frit
This piece is inspired by satellite imagery of global wind currents. Artwork echoes the sustainable focus of this Platinum LEED library, which utilizes passive solar and is ventilated by using negative pressure to pull in fresh air. Architecturally integrated throughout this light-filled building, the artwork enlivens patrons’ experience as they move through the library, providing a series of engaging discoveries.

Hand-cut starfire glass prismatic glass
5 Prismatic glass refracts view of nature outside library, creating fantastical patterns and inviting patrons to interact with the artwork, observing wildlife more closely. Artwork echoes the environmental focus of this Platinum LEED building.
